STEFAN RAMMELMEYER
Stefan Rammelmeyer (born 1983), Master of Science in Banking & Finance from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, has been a member of the Executive Board since September 2018 and Chief Executive Officer since January 2022. Stefan brings more than 20 years of financial market experience in the capital market (investment banking + financial products) and in the care of private customers. Most recently, Stefan worked as an Associate Director in Investment Banking at Bank Vontobel in Zurich.

MARTIN MERZ
Martin Merz (born 1969), business graduate and stock exchange trader (SWX and SOFFEX), has been a member of the Executive Board since January 2022. Martin has more than 20 years of experience in serving institutional and private clients. Most recently, Martin worked as a partner and asset manager at Reuss Capital AG for more than 16 years.

THOMAS BRUNNER
Thomas Brunner (born 1986), Master of Science in Banking & Finance from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Thomas has been an investment manager at WINVEST since August 2021. He brings more than eight years of experience in the financial industry in risk and portfolio management. He also studied eight semesters of physics at the ETH in Zurich. Most recently, Thomas accompanied a FinTech in the field of data analysis.

HEINZ RAMMELMEYER
Heinz Rammelmeyer (born in 1956), Federal Diploma in Banking, is a founding member of WINVEST and has been a partner since 2017. He has more than 40 years of experience in portfolio management for institutional and private clients. More than 14 years as a portfolio manager and member of the investment committee of a pension fund.

BEAT KÄSER
Beat Käser (geb. 1957), lic. Iur. UZH und Rechtsanwalt, ist seit Juli 2022 Portfoliomanager bei WINVEST. Er ist ausgewiesener Spezialist für Schweizer Aktien. Beat arbeitete während rund 18 Jahren für die Privatbank Lombard Odier & Co. AG als Leiter institutionelles Portfoliomanagement und als Leiter Research für Schweizer Aktien sowie im Bereich «Schweizer Privatkunden». Zuletzt war Beat als Portfoliomanager bei Rieter Fischer Partners in Zürich tätig.

Marzia Petrucci (born 1967), business graduate, has been Head of Operations & Client Services at WINVEST since January 2022. Most recently, Marzia was Head of Administration at Reuss Capital AG.

All members of the Board of Directors are domiciled in Central Switzerland. The majority of the members of the Board of Directors are not members of the Executive Board. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is not at the same time Chairman of the Management Board. Furthermore, more than one third of the members of the Board of Directors are independent and do not hold any qualifying interest in the company.

Rudolf brunner
Rudolf Brunner (geb. 1952), ist seit Juli 2022 Präsident des Verwaltungsrates der WINVEST. Er verfügt über mehr als 40 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche im Bereich des Portfoliomanagements, der Kundenbetreuung. Zudem verfügt er über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Ausland (England und Kanada). Er ist Gründungsmitglied des Vermögensverwalters «Reuss Capital AG».

Heinz Rammelmeyer (geb. 1956), Eidg. Dipl. Bankfachmann, ist Gründungsmitglied der WINVEST und seit 2017 Teilhaber. Er verfügt über mehr als 40 Jahre Erfahrung im Portfoliomanagement von Institutionellen- und Privatkunden. Davon mehr als 14 Jahre als Portfoliomanager und Mitglied des Anlage-ausschusses einer Personalvorsorgestiftung.

STEPHAN BLATTMANN
Stephan Blattmann (geb. 1986), MSc in Banking & Finance der Hochschule Luzern/FHZ und Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) ist ein ausgewiesener Experte im Bereich Audit und Risikomanagement. Er ist Leiter der internen Revision der Urner Kantonalbank. Er weist mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als leitender Interner Revisor mit Expertise in den Bereichen externe Vermögensverwaltung, Private Banking und Operations aus.
